As always, Truffle loved her visit to the vet. Sandra was fantastic today. She looked after Truffle with genuine care and shared thoughtful, detailed feedback throughout. That level of kindness is rare to see. It costs nothing to show care and support, yet it makes a lasting difference. You need to visit this branch more often ☺️

We cannot recommend Rebecca and the team at Creature Comforts highly enough. Rebecca Castle has cared for Betty over since opening, treating allergies, removing tumours, performing a toe amputation, and most recently carrying out eye surgery. Across every procedure, the care, precision, and professionalism have been exceptional. What really stands out is the attention to detail. Even where Betty has lost an eye and a toe, the outcomes have been handled so thoughtfully that she still looks wonderful. That speaks volumes about Rebecca’s skill and pride in her work. Communication has always been calm, clear, and compassionate, which makes a huge difference in stressful situations. The wider team are equally fantastic, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the animals they care for. While other subscription-based vets may offer more on paper, what matters most is trust, continuity, and clinical skill, and on those fronts Creature Comforts have been outstanding. The team are always friendly and show alot of care for Betty. We are very glad to be with them. Highly recommended.

Wonderful practice and team! The people, the quality of care, and the locations themselves are great. The communication is excellent - their responsiveness in the app and just the whole way they work is so so good. I can’t say enough about how happy we are to have found Creature Comforts!! Thank you! ❤️

I get best cuddles and treaties at St John’s Wood Creature Comforts! They always take such good care of me. I’ve been going since I came to my furrever home and I love to pop in every time I walk past. One time I even fell asleep while they trimmed my feet when I was a puppy. Best vets ever!
