Highly recommend. Dr Jose visited to do a dental procedure under sedation. He was kind, friendly, informative, and put us at complete ease. Nuria is quick to reply for admin. All round excellent service.

We got a same day appointment and the vet was great with our cat. He’s normally super stressed (and aggressive) when he travels to the vet, but having a kind vet, in his own home, meant he could actually get the treatment he needs!

I was disappointed with the registration process. I live in NW London, in Zone 2, hardly a remote location, and wanted to book a routine check-up for my cat. I completed the registration and provided all my and my cat’s details, only to be told afterwards that they don’t cover my area. I think the areas they cover should be made much clearer before asking people to register and provide personal information. It would have saved both sides time and avoided providing personal details unnecessarily.

Home vets have been coming to do the check up and vaccine on my cat for years and I couldn’t be happier with them. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, and it is always easy to arrange an appointment. 5 star business.

Dr Jose is always so lovely with Mylo and shows good care, understanding and professionalism. He has a friendly manner and is always careful to explain things which is helpful. Mylo is always treated with the best care and quickly which helps. Nuria is also really lovely and efficient with setting up appointments and responding to emails/queries whenever asked. I highly recommend the team here and know Mylo is in good hands.

They look after my mother’s 21 year old cat and are always efficient, responsive and lovely with them both. My mum is 85 so given the combination that’s no mean feat! The vet is patient with the cat and completely considerate and thoughtful. Recommended!

Jose was so great with my beautiful cat! He gave her space to relax before the examination and was thoughtful with her health check. I really appreciated his 'bedside manner' and his knowledge of cats in particular.
