One of the best vets I have been to. The team were amazing, they understood me and kept my malamute very comfortable. Extremely patient with her, your staff are amazing. Highly highly recommended. My malamute is now registered here instead of her other vet (medivet Hampstead) who were horrendous and received a lengthy complaint from me. Thank you so much for seeing me on such short notice, for allowing her prescription to be sent over from her other vet and for being wonderful people

recently brought my two cats to this veterinary clinic after having a not-so-good experience at another one, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care we received here. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. They made the whole visit feel calm and reassuring, which means a lot when you’re worried about your pets. Justin and Chloe were absolutely wonderful. They treated my cats with so much gentleness, patience, and genuine care — exactly the way I would hope someone would handle my animals. It really felt like they understood that pets are family. I woke up on a Saturday morning with a very poorly dog and with my usual Vet closed on a Saturday, I urgently needed him seen. I called at 8 and was in seeing the Vet at 8.30. Both the reception staff and the Vet Michael were amazing. Never felt rushed. Really took there time and were so caring and calmed me down as I was a complete wreck. Honestly, I’m an emergency this is the only place you should consider! Thanks you Village Vet! 🙏
